Discipline is the basic key for all the activities of life. Life remains aligned when we practice discipline in everyday chores. From getting up early in the morning to sleeping on time, each step requires self discipline which leads to long term benifits. The fruits of this routine are ripped in old age.
What we feed today to our body becomes our storehouse of energy for future. So we need to decide , whether we need energy of junk food or nutrition.
Discipline is directly related to routine- What 1st thing we do after getting up in the morning -Drink warm water/milk/tea. Choice is always ours-but each choice as different consequences.
