Heart- Such a beautiful organ-Pumping so hard to keep us alive!. God’s creation is an absolute magic.
However our eating habits and lifestyle is affecting our body and we are not even aware of it.
Three factors affecting our heart:
- Stress- We take stress about almost everything. This may lead to high blood pressure ,which may lead to heart attack and stroke. Therefore to keep these issues at bay, incorporating mediation/yoga can help the heart to heal.
- Mindless eating- Long working hours with desk job involved, we are tend to crave for munchkins/ siders that are way too unhealthy. We do not face the consequences of this immediately but in long run our body is affected. These food items are fried/or are loaded with bad fats which affects the artilleries of heart. Replacing these siders with healthy alternatives like – dry fruits, fruits will not seem to be very tasty option but will indeed be a delicious option for our heart.
- No exercise- Life has become super busy and we do not have time to exercise! Read it right , specially woman who are handling both job and household keep stating about No time . Yes we do not have time and we don’t know what will happen next. Our heart is also not having infinite time to recover from problems given by us. We need to exercise (any form ) in order to keep our heart functioning. Thrice in a week , cardio is highly recommended along with other forms of exercise.
Other factors:
If you have a family history of a heart or circulatory disease, you might have a higher risk of developing conditions that can lead to a heart attack or stroke.
Adults and children over age 14 should eat less than 2,300 milligrams of sodium a day. Children younger than age 14 may need to eat even less sodium each day based on their sex and age. If you have high blood pressure, you may need to limit sodium even more. Talk to your healthcare provider about the amount of sodium that is right for you or your child.
You should limit the amount of calories you get each day from added sugars. This will help you choose nutrient-rich foods and stay within your daily calorie limit.
Summary:
To summarize, we cannot change our complete lifestyle and choices in one day but we can change our each day by incorporating some changes in life.
Have a happy and healthy heart!
